Digital Campaign Manager

Digital

Posted 4/23/2018 until 9/6/2018

Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Catholic Church has an incredible story to tell. And our team tells it through digital marketing. An in-house agency for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, our specialties include video production, photography, design, branding, website development, social media, analytics, paid media, and search marketing.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager, reporting into our Director of Digital and Chief Digital & Marketing Officer, to lead the strategy development, execution, and analysis for our campaigns across email and paid media channels.

About your role

As a Campaign Manager, you will lead and support our team in the strategy development, execution, and analysis of our digital marketing campaigns across display, email, search, social, and video channels. The ideal candidate has a marketing background in email marketing, advertising operations, and digital analytics. You think critically about audience segmentation to create campaigns that reach the right people, encouraging engagement and driving action.

You’re a planner who dives into the details, can’t get enough of data, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty putting it all into action. You pursue creative solutions to marketing challenges based on data-driven insights. Owning the entire campaign cycle, the Campaign Manager will create the audience segments, launch the campaign’s creative, monitor the performance, recommend optimizations as needed, and develop reports and client presentations that highlight the results, collaborating with our in-house team of house designers, content strategists, web developers, multimedia producers and more.

You’re passionate about your faith and intrigued by the chance to serve God through your career and craft. And you like to have fun—like we do! On any weekday, you might find us playing an afternoon round of darts, having a spirited debate about theology, playing ping-pong on a local rooftop, or chowing down on Korean BBQ (a team lunch favorite). Faith centers our team and you’ll have the chance to attend daily mass at the chapel in our office.
