Notre Dame Academy seeks a teaching assistant for a full-year drawing class starting in late August 2018. The ideal candidate must have strong drawing skills and knowledge of art history and contemporary art. You will be assisting the art instructor who teaches two classes concurrently, drawing and painting. Your typical schedule will be Friday afternoons from 12:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. You will collaborate with the full-time art instuctor on a lecture for the two classes combined, and then you will separate to teach the drawing class. 

This is a perfect opportunity for a young, mature, and responsible artist who would like to explore teaching art, or a budding art teacher who would like a mentor.
