School Office Manager

St. Mary of the Assumption School, Santa Maria

Description:

St. Mary’s School is seeking a friendly and efficient individual to manage our school office and provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests.  This person is responsible for the administrative functions of the school including accounting, supervising custodial staff, general communications to school members, and assisting with school functions.  

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma

  • At least 4 years experience in a related job, preferably in a school or parish setting

  • Accounting principles and procedures.

  • Computer skills including knowledge of current word processing, spreadsheet, database software.

  • CPR and basic first aid.  (may gain certification if hired)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred​

  • live in northern Santa Barbara County or San Luis Obispo County
