This job is an opportunity for a forward-thinking teacher who wants to build confidence and help students to find their passion. St. Bernard is looking for an experienced educator to inspire students and motivate an interest and success in the Spanish language.


Bachelor’s degree in Spanish or Education; 3 or more years teaching experience; Excellent planning, teaching, and assessment skills; Knowledge of current trends in Foreign Language education; Experience using instructional technology; An ability to convey enthusiasm for the subject of Spanish; Strong classroom management strategies

Desirable qualities

Credential (BCLAD) or Multiple Subject Credential with emphasis in foreign language courses; MA in Education; Experience teaching at the high school level; Catholic school teaching experience
