Fundraising and Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time)

Coordinating Parish Fundraisers (e.g., Sunday breakfast, bingo, feast day celebrations, fiestas, etc.) Maintain inventory in storage rooms, increase profitablity through promotion and marketing, reduce expenses, controll spending through effective budgeting. Organize volunteers, ministries and parish groups. Schedule and attend quarterly meetings. Oversee annual fundrasing calendar and compose weekly reports. 


Because all Archdiocesan employees represent the Roman Catholic  

Church, they are expected to conduct themselves according to the 

goals and mission of the Church in performing their work.

The following tasks are considered essential functions of the position. ​

Breakfast Schedule Coordinator

  • Maintains inventory in storage unit weekly
  • Schedule community clean ups on a quarterly basis focusing on parish kitchens
  • Provides a weekly list of items to be purchased by Monday to pastor and business manager.
  • Verify groceries, keep budget of less than $400 a month in expenses
  • Coordinating Annual Breakfast Schedule with all ministries involved
  • Provides a weekly report of expenses and inventory of remaining breakfast supplies
  • Reports vendor purchases on Google sheets
  • Updates staff and ministries with changes in calendar regularly
  • Schedules quarterly meetings with ministry leaders and volunteers who participate in breakfast or food sales

Facilities Organization

  • Assists with organizing items needed yearly (ex. fiesta supplies, liturgical items and office records, etc.)

Bingo Kitchen Coordinator

  • Delegate bingo kitchen duties with volunteers and assist volunteers with money transactions
  • Organize and plan kitchen purchases by providing a weekly list of items to be purchased by Monday to pastor and business manager.
  • Report weekly inventory of all supplies remaining
  • Implement Bingo Calendar with upcoming bingo kitchen menu
  • Assist with marketing and promoting
  • Perform related duties as required or needed

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma
  • At least three years of supervisory experience 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Access
  • Standard bookkeeping practices, office procedures and business etiquette
  • Report generation and data entry
  • Oral and written communication, for positions requiring bilingual skills, the incumbent must also be fluent in English and Spanish or other required language’
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Sit for sustained periods of time
  • Perform tasks requiring intermittent bending, stooping and walking
  • Sustain frequent movement of the fingers, wrists, hands or arms
Additional Requirements
  • Reliable transportation for purchasing items, as needed
  • Flexable schedule (e.g., daytime, evening and weekend shifts, etc.)
