4th-8th Math & Science Teacher

​Saint Anthony School in San Gabriel is a Blended Learning environment that connects traditional instruction with online components to ensure personalized education for all students. We are seeking a 4th-8th Grade Math and Science Teacher for the remainder of this 2019-2020 academic school year. An ideal candidate is one who can work with multi-age classrooms with enthusiasm and passion, and is a practicing Catholic active in their faith. 

• Teaching Math and Science to grades 4th-8th
• Teaching Religion to grades 4th & 5th
• Provides individual and small group instruction so that all students have individual attention
• Uses differentiation, as well as an array of formative and summative assessments
• Implements the use technology within teaching methods (i.e. iPads, Chromebooks, & a variety of applications)
• Conducts Science experiments with the students 
• Communicates with school administration regularly so that an effective classroom can be run and student learning is at a high caliber
• Communicates with parents and students regularly on students’ progress
• Updates grades consistently every two weeks
• Collaborates with faculty ​and staff to help promote a nurturing environment for all students ​
