Private School Affidavit
On December 17, 2007, at noon, the annual filing period for the Private School Affidavit (PSA) closed.
The California Education Code Section 33190 requires private schools to file a Private School Affidavit (PSA) or statement with the State Superintendent of Public Instruction (between October 1 and October 15) of each year.
