Ever wondered if anyone out there is thinking about priesthood or religious life? Got that feeling that you are doing all this discerning alone? Meet others discerning a vocation as a priest, sister or brother. Learn how to discover God?s will through a series of classes on discernment.
A network of 13 discernment groups throughout the Archdiocese has been established to give you support and guidance. For the location of the group meeting in your area, please refer to the following list Discernment Groups 2007-08 or contact the Office for Vocations at 213 637 7248.
Priesthood Discernment Retreats
Wondering what life in the seminary is like? Best way to find out is to go up and see for yourself! A Priesthood Discernment Retreat is offered twice a year for men with a college degree who are considering the diocesan priesthood.
