Description:
Resurrection Cemetery was opened in 1952 and is comprised of
ninety-seven acres. The cemetery is set upon a hillside which allows
visitors a panoramic view of the surrounding San Gabriel Valley and
Mountains. Prominent features include the Mausoleum of the Resurrection
and the Resurrection Garden Mausoleum located high upon the hillside.
Resurrection Cemetery is currently among the most active cemeteries in
the greater Los Angeles area and serves the San Gabriel Pastoral
Region.
