The Diaconate Formation for the Achdiocese of Los Angeles is a five year process that prepares future deacons and their wives for ministry in parishes. There are approximately 175 aspirants, candidates and their wives in formation with each formation year having both English speaking and Spanish speaking tracks. The formation staff, pictured above, consists of lay and ordained people collaborating in the formation of deacons for the Archdiocese.
